Flame-retardant nonwoven fabrics are treated with flame retardants or special processes. Their core function is to slow down flame spread, reduce burning speed, and minimize the release of smoke and toxic gases, rather than completely preventing combustion. When exposed to high temperatures or continuous open flames, they may still ignite, but can self-extinguish quickly after the ignition source is removed to avoid fire expansion. This characteristic allows them to play a safety protection role in scenarios such as fire protection, home furnishing, and industry. During use, their protection boundary must be clearly defined. The fire risk should not be ignored due to their "flame-retardant" property, and they need to be used in conjunction with reasonable usage specifications and protective measures.
